Hello,
composed when a gema-registered composer for a short-film music has, and then that short-film festivals has gone on national and international nations, and only then (because it has been forgotten) the gema-announcement made by the producer, this could lead to problems or any Free Cause?

For regular movie playback, there is a tariff that the PRS a flat rate for the film, and music hall foyer, and about 1% of the tickets proceeds from the organizer receives (ggfls. association discounts). In the event that this is synonymous for your festival, everything would have been compensated.
