Hello,
I have the GR-DVX4 for about 6 years. Recently, the Picture in the recording is sporadic blurred?
I'm thankful for every tip. The Lens way, I have already cleaned. Just thought it sharp, the autofocus tried some dirt on it ... That's it, unfortunately, doch nich.

With what motive you compare the performance of the autofocus time / day? Do you have a reference, which was 6 years ago of the automatics always in focus and which is now shown sporadically blurred? As you probably know, there are even designs that can not be the autofocus to focus properly (eg if you film through a fence).
How does the sharpness, if you fokussierst manual? Is there suddenly boundaries, which were previously different?

If I swing it in a room the camera, and all objects in the middle distance and next are gone, I had no problems so far. Now it is under this circumstances, that the autofocus, the picture blurs briefly and sporadically thereafter, once again is sharp.
What do you mean with normal Focusing?
Has anyone any idea what would come of cost to myself if I have the camera the JVC for repair service leave?

Hi Marco,
I wrote "manual focus", ie turn off the auto focus and adjust the sharpness of his hand.
Something very banal: If you are in the summer movie in the interior, where it is brighter than if you do that in the winter. And the more light a camcorder is available, the easier (and will take reserves), the automatic image sharpness. Have you compared, perhaps a summer with a winter-Interior? ;-)
About possible repair costs, I can tell you anything, especially since it is not clear which parts (if at all) broken.
