Frage von Floopy:And again a new question ;-)
On my last rotation, I noticed that the camera in a setting of 24 frames only 23.978 or something like that actually saves. So to say the least info data into the chamber folders.
Why is that? And then I've got a problem with the create MOV files. Premiere tells me the import of files
"The codec is missing or is unavailable"
Here I have installed Qicktime. However, I get no picture synonymous with Winamp and Qicktime says synonymous that it requires an additional function and refers me to the following page:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/resources/components.html?os=Windows&ctype=696d6463&csubtype=78647634
Since I know not what codec I need to install and all is not good for the calculator, or do I have as incorrect info?
For too many codecs but it giobt collapses, right?
Thank you ever
Greeting Floopy

You've taken the wrong mode. The movs are for Final Cut Pro (there is the right XDCAM EX codec s.Bord), for other NLEs, you have to shoot in the normal mode without Quicktime wrapping. But these are great basics with this camera - you've never seen the manual?
Antwort von jwd96:
XDCAM EX codec is synonymous in PPro in it, (I think s.CS3 or 4)
But I'm not the format in which the GY-HM100 takes

With http://www.mik-digital.de/programme.html -> There you can MP4tMPG convert the MOV files to premiere it synonymous understand.
The quality should be quite good, but I've never been tested in more depth.

Hi,
XDCAM EX codec is included in PP CS 4, but when you mov files (Quicktime) aufnimmst, you'll get the familiar message. Had the same problem with the 700th HM But have found the link dvinfo installed and so I've no problems with PP CS 4 more to import the mov files:

Or Google for PerianXDCAM component is the same, the top link leading directly to the codec.
