I have a question and hope for expert help
So, since last friday I am dealing with some DVDs for own-css (PC Game). I make them with the movie maker and it all works somehow synonymous. Unfortunately, only after completion of the movie is not very sharp, eg you can see everything very vague and blurred .. I use the tool and after conversion into bmptoavi. avi schauts synonymous still good. Zusammenschneiden not just stop after all this, etc. with the moviemaker. liegts s.dem moviemaker myself, or I can configure there still settings that make the movie more appealing, or should I use s.ein times videobearbeitungsproggi else? It may be that the movie maker that vid too compressed? can it change something? such as schaun so from your experiences? Movie Maker provides several templates with different image sizes, frame and data rates (each) to use the images to be edited. Which setting you choose you? What format are you BMPs and the resulting AVIs?

Hi markus, what a wonder I so hot synonymous;) So I have all the default settings in movie maker, since I know not with what I could change. So, I recorde the demo during the game, created by many tga files, which I hold by bmptoavi transformation into an AVI file. different avi files, I then invite halt in moviemaker high, together they have inserted a memory and then to hdd. as I said the picture is then very vague, I better just by setting could not stop, I know. pls help:)

aehm because I am a bit unsure of what degree do you mean, I just write times go on it;) do you mean with resolution 800 x 600 pixel? that has the avi that is. frame rate 15 frames per sec. , XVID video compression. so gehts as from before I beginning with the movie maker. what the standard settings for, hm. times I write down everything I find so: long for images: 5
continuous transitions: 1.25 sec.
because otherwise I can not see come of it, because having options is not much more. ranging, or where do I look up to?

So, standart 720x576 PAL Resolutionist erstmal!
now when you set for your export from Movie Maker as standard PAL have, everything is so compressed that distorts your 800x600 images or blurred. Like Movie Maker does that, I do not know ... You should choose, especially when the highest export settings: quality as high as possible, PAL, then (*. avi uncompressed compression is best, but if *. mpeg stake is even better, does not take that much disk space!)
But this will all be programmed with editing a bit difficult, a video, with ninth standerd size cut. So werder HD, nor PAL, NTSC or ... Anseiden the program recognizes this and not strecht the Picture!
On the question of whether you should take a different editing program: Can I only recommend of Adobe Premiere and Avid. You will probably not know it then take a look s.oder such times here in the forum! Worth it!
