The question is:
1) Are these lights standardized worldwide, so that they fit on tripods from Germany?
2) Which cheap tripods from Germany are suitable for this?
3) If it comes to current / time problems?

Plug is indeed a conventional IEC power times. So how s.jedem PC. But surely everyone has lying around. If net .. costs 1 euro on Ebay.
