We could, therefore, if the Camera Manufacturer play to make soon on camcorder with CMOS global shutter technology focus ... exciting times ... The rolling shutter is so so so widespread because the data rates are thus synonymous s.Interface of the sensor can keep in check. This saves electricity and computing power - that chip area and clock frequency, synonymous in the downstream signal processing. To accept the data would have a GS-sensor processing, contrary to much larger peak data rates can, because these digital so only in the "blanking interval" can be transmitted. In this respect, GS-sensors should remain almost synonymous in the industrial and professional use are used.

The way I understand it, the procedure is to read the data equal to that of an RS-CMOS. Only be read by any means, the frozen GS-image line by line.
Sounds really exciting!

Deti The article says "In the global shutters Hutton explained in the Glossary, the entire image is stored temporarily in parallel with an intermediate layer from which it can then be read out (again, conventionally)."
and I would take "(again conventionally)" rather say "(as conventionally)."
it is 'only' a buffer to which cost in mass production will probably max 10 ¬, but with us a good 50 - ¬ 100 is charged, as "pro" and so ...
Antwort von Funque:
hello, unfortunately I do not understand exactly what is expected to cost as 10 ¬ and where you can buy it?

@ Funque:
I guess the additional required hardware (and adjustments) for a global shutter would cost less than 10 ¬. Now the whole - at some point in the latest "FHD 50p GS" cameras ... at some point.
what adaptations are?
1. a correction of tacktgebers so that all rows of the CMOS image sensor simultaneously to an intermediate storage (buffer) can be moved.
2. a (CMOS) buffer, which has the same resolution as the image sensor and can be line by line.
[...] The technology may sound strange, but it was synonymous with ccd cameras already existing ...
