So much larger than 500x400 is not a TV picture. It has 720x576. Maybe you'll find something suitable. But the approach with the record is not so wrong.
1. Record messages.
2. Picture matches in the calculator.
3. In an image editing program the spokesman herausretuschieren. Perhaps Bilteile from other parts of the image dorthinkopierenund simply etewas dzumalen. This must not be optimal, because it ask you yes again a spokesperson.
4. The Picture then use as your background.
