Have a video 1920x1080, sequence Apple Pro Res in Final Cut Pro LT transformed with the compressor into a h.264 file in the Resolution635x362.
Then with the Media Encoder 4 in one. Flv file changed in the Resolution635x362. Now I'm right in the picture with a continuous green line. Who knows the problem?

Yes. The solution is mod16.
