Frage von Marc Schneider:Hi s.alle,
I have changed in the past year shr many videos to H.264 @ Level 3.1 format with 720 x 412 pixels and 25fps format and would like to remove all the videos in the opening credits. Unfortunately I have no original files anymore, since no processing was more planned.
Is there a tool with which I can divide the files without having to be rendered from the new field?
Respectively. s.verlustfreisten as I go to?
VVorhandene software Avdi PRO 4.0 and Adobe Premiere CS4.
If there are freeware or shareware that will do better I am grateful for tips.
Regards, Marc

One can not separate any H.264 files without loss. As a general rule is that even possible, because this s.Schnittpunkt an IDR frame must be present. Such a frame is usually found only s.Anfang a file. The only exceptions are Broadcast-/Streamingformate, since the decoder at any time with the decoding must begin.

A hard cut front means that you retain all pixels that were present in the source file, synonymous s.dieser place. With the same compression presets (data rate, etc.) should be no
visible damage.

with quicktime s.mac that goes very well. Cut save.
Antwort von MarioX:
You need to trim but not the Pro version. With the free version of Quicktime for Mac, it is synonymous. Then secure the shortened clip as a movie, this is (no guarantee) loss! ;-)

as far as I know, but works differently than QT7pro QTX

The intersection of H.264 is s.jedem keyframe possible - normally set Zwangskeyframes example, every 250 frames.
S.geplanten intersection is not a key frame is on (the probability is quite high), can not be synonymous cut frame accurately.
Better off with a program that supports the Smart Rendering. Then, just cut and frame the area (or GOP) who is now without a keyframe there is re-rendered. This is the best solution for such cases.
