I want to buy me a camcorder and have already decided for me that with a disk should be. miniDV is me with the archiving on DVD too costly, a DVD camcorder to a lot of stress with the piecemeal and the compatibility with the DVD player.
I have the following presentation:
clips (family, children, holidays, etc.) every two weeks of the disk on the pc pull, if necessary, edit (transitions, mark, cut), collect on the pc, with 4GB burn to DVD and archive them.
now I just do not know what brand sony and jvc and if one of the two, then what? GZ-MG 50/77/37 /? DCR-SR30/70E/90E /?
30GB should be there, optical zoom is not too large (no tripod) ... I've already viewed the whole range, but as a newcomer to the area because it rises not through.

miniDV is me with the archiving on DVD too costly where is the burdensome? If you have a PC with DVD Burner, you can have for example with Nero on-the-fly recording to DVD.
This means simply record with Nero button. Nero will start the car and closes the Camera DVD s.wenn the tape is rum.
Nero is just one example, there are loads of programs (almost all the burning programs) to do it.
Also you have here is still the better way of nachbeitung (why? Please refer to the countless threads here why tape is better than the DVD.
So the archive is not an argument.

yes, this is already clear to me that the archiving is no problem. I thought synonymous rather the transfer from the camcorder to the pc.
I have two little kids and therefore only very limited time for any transmission of data on the pc. I will also not have other additional equipment purchase.
because there is no resolution in the disk area? I gladly renounce synonymous to top quality. images are so bad and loud sound quality test reports so not synonymous.

JVC and Sony Have grade new models presented at the CES in Las Vegas - what more can currently only be guessed at.
Sonyist HDD definitely the better company if you want the heir to the throne JVCs MG 505 aside - to a similar high level.
What do you do?
At "only" shooting desire SR 30 is a perfectly adequate if you have more functions and facilities such as:
Surround Sound
usable photos
Microphone connector
advanced 16 / 9 mode
larger sensors (1 / 3 "SR 90 to 1 / 6" SR 30 - for the better sleep photo)
the better lens (SR 90 - Vario Sonnar)
RGB Filters - (SR 90) for better color rendition
better accessories like the bigger Battery FP 60
etc need to be better-equipped models.
For all the nice gadgets you have to remember on the HDD is the Camera for the targeted models with 720x576 pixels written-ie the video image quality is limited only by the better components improved but not redefined.
Only when you can SonySR HDD camcorder is not in the camera cut, a simple cut is supplied with the program.
Very popular with art hater is Easy DVD Burning function, with the included software can be divided into the existing film about the push of a button directly burn to DVD (blank disc in the drive of Sonyinstalliert & SW)
For me, this is one of the few advantages of JVC, their supplied software is a little better equipped.

Can I use the files simply because of the Cam-HDD to PC HDD and then copy directly zb in Media Studio 8.0 edit and then burn to DVD, or what needs to be converted?
Me, the SR90 would be synonymous or SR1E interested. Already had a Sony (PC100E) and the image quality was compared with all previously Cams with similar features of Canon and JVC superior.

Canon is already in the next week to introduce new models.
Also here is a new DVD models with more than 5 million pixels (WERS needs?) The DVD will get the new models Processor DiG! C II
The Mini DV models hot no longer MV - is really funny?

do no good at: photo feature, surround sound, many extras
Pay attention to: good picture, good weitwinkel, good lowlight quality and easy handling!
All in all, good middle class!

SonyDCR SR 30 with good accessories (Bag & 2nd Battery, POL + UV filter + gray) or SR 70 just ¬ 700 with a better hard drive and some features already mentioned.
Image quality of both in roughly the same because the sensor of the SR 70 synonymous size is not much - the much larger sensor and better lens to get first with the SR 90th

The touch screen of me and the many peculiarities (external battery, separate Male & Connections) for Sony Not so I've fallen quite often stressed.

Direct to hard drive?
Since I had a short test times, which Sony has been of the external hard drive that I could not select folder, I guess because gabs a lock of Sony - Model SR was 90th
That was the plus point of JVC, my external hard drive recognized the JVC MG 505, I gave you a whole folder or disk on the MG 505.
One only needs to note the hard drive must be capable OTG, must be a USB host / hub (no idea how that is) have integrated, non-synonymous to the other hardware device to detect and control them.
Since, however, synonymous of Panasonic cameras (H 20 / H 250) are announced, and may be synonymous of Canon models appear (or get a Canon Griener in this issue), the Consumer HDD hunting in March / April, none can be opened and the output now predict.

Actually do not, there are no head drum (MiniDV) & the DVD drive, this produces annoying hum. I've still not heard, Sony Pseudo 5.1 sound (SR 70 & 90) is even a certain spatial effect. The opposite is the case everywhere you hear the HDD models generate little noise. Yes there may
a Zoomgeräusch, but so far there was more of a Canon problem, Sonyhat well under control.
Disk models is only a vulnerability in the Write & read said, that is exactly the moment the hard drive is very vulnerable to shocks. The company but protect it with a sensor of the reading & writing at the moment or in the setting time is in the internal memory (buffer) is written and not on the hard drive.
