The question for you is certainly too simple. However, I would not use pirated or spend a fortune.
I have numerous recordings of HDTV (CyberLink PowerCinema / / Hauppauge HD) on the hard drive, everything of interest to the last year.
Now I would simply cut out the advertising, as I usually do with Nero. Nero packs but with the HDTV AC3 streams not.
Would be grateful for workable solutions and would be synonymous in all possible forums, where plenty also much ignorance about this topic there.

1. Install Avisynth
2. VirtualDub install
3. Write:
= DirectShow video source ( "Drive: videonametest.endung")
return (video clip)
and as konvert.avs store.
4. Konvert.avs script in VirtualDub invite
5. Advertising cut
6. Compress output with one on the system codec prev
7. File in FB6 & HD plugin download
8. AVCHD DVD
9. In Sony's PS3 Play
10. Look forward!
If you are not yet with Avisynth and VirtualDub to circumvent it, learn it, you can find via Google n.Anleitungen to 1000.

Oh yes, before the issue even in the bottom 8 pixels with the VirtualDub filter "no transform" off of 1088 to 1080th
