Frage von thewhitesmoke:Hello, None has been able to give me an answer to my question, so I build the scenario differently. I have output a SonyHVR Z5E with an HDMI and a Firewire. I have 2 DVD recorders (HD) with Firewire input (double layer recording and hard drive) and a extrernen hdd to my camera, the signal gets synonymous via Firewire. My problem: My camera only has a Firewire output. I thought there are splitter which I can pass on at the same time a signal s.3 recording sources, but I find nothing. Of those found with hubs are not the solution because in the other direction - ie, 1 Calculator gets vertielen of several sources. Which brings me nothing. What can I do to have the best record qualitative and no losses. Thank you very much

If you would not open up thousands of new threads, everything would be orderly.
There are no such devices, because no other way than any Firewire video signals can be split. That which runs through the cable is a digital signal, 1 and 0 There is an overhead because there is a bus control and the rest of the blah. You can not do it with also a little box.
The only way that you will be a real calculator with some FireWire cards. Ie, a signal comes in, the internal vearbeitet and again sent out s.mehreren outputs.
Theoretically there is no problem, but in practice would have to erstmal find a software that can do that. The first clue would be Adobe GoLive.
PS: If you own an HD component signal could be drawn from your camera, then you could without any problems of this synonymous with a splitter to split. Therefore, the bid should be higher on the market.
