The issue has been discussed here many times.
The whole thing is so.
Often arise when recording on tape just in pause mode - ie the scene transitions dropouts. The man is tough because of the scene change is often not true. If you do a whole tape capture, accumulate the potential dropouts. Unfortunately work on the nature and manner of the sound apart.

Download the latest version of the HDV splitter down.

It's a bug of premiere, missing or erroneous frames and the associated sound when you drop on the timeline during indexing or treated differently. It is then that Asyncronität.
The media player gives sound and picture in its container linearly again. And because most dropouts during scene transitions arise, they are neither the sound nor the picture so much.

It is AUH sensitive when an entire tape is fully played. If it were right at the beginning are dropouts, have a track until nächstrn scene transition. If None is coming to end of tape.
At least you can be lucky and it ranges from one to two times the soundtrack to slip around the Syncronität again.

the thread is already old, but I had the same problem in CS4 and I have found a solution. With HDVSplit like it is, but I have a recording, which passes through 1h, which helps me because garnix.
