I am looking for a program that uses the date / time stamp of my HDV footage as the file name in the capture. So far I have done with DV footage and Sclive. Since I have so far found no program, what can the with HDV, I'm not even sure if the date / time stamp for HDV is generally transmitted via Firewire. Can someone help me?

So according to my knowledge, the datestamp indeed transferred via Firewire, as there are some NLEs that support a separation at the scene, capturing HDV. Would then have the datestamp so synonymous nor in the m2ts are so synonymous, it would indeed be possible to rename the files in hindsight after the datestamp too. No one knows a way?

synonymous here: Yes that is transferred, otherwise Canopus Edius could not make Szenenentrennung and then do it.
