Frage von line:Hello!
Once again an HDV issue:
I have edited an HDV sequence in After FX, and now they want to continue using render in Final Cut.
Can someone give me a tip for the best rendering option / Compression?
In Final Cut is the sequence back together with unprocessed HDV footage to be used.
Many thanks for any help!
Antwort von Axel:
HDV is not great for animation or compositing tasks. Take in the future ProRes for everything. You were both on the same calculator? I does not, I bet and won, you can export from AAE ProRes, maybe even AppleHDV (HDV as Quicktime).
Antwort von line:
My source material is HDV, and I made a correction in After FX.
No. By exporting it unfortunately did not work out. Programs I have both on the same computer.
Can I somehow do not get the sequence for uncompressed Final Cut?
Can someone give me a hint? Experience?
Antwort von Axel:
Can I somehow do not get the sequence for uncompressed Final Cut? Sure would uncompressed. Is seven years since I had AAE and Final Cut Pro on a calculator, but I remember s.den * Animation * - codec. And AAE of synonymous CS5 I know. When I wrote: "I bet you can export ProRes," I think that basically I am 100% sure ig. Render issue> Quicktime> codec options (something like that), and then ProRes, all flavors, such as in Final Cut Pro,. If so, believe me.

Ok, I try it again. Unfortunately, I am with my After FX can not in CS3 - I only dream of CS5 ;-).
Thank you!
