I should HDV material for a WEB SITE with the following settings (Quicktime) format:
Kompremierungsart H264
Keyframes All 130 Images
Data are limited to 768kbit / s
Dimensions 320x240 QVGA
My Quicktime Player then distort the picture (from 4:3 to 16:9 HDV material)
How do I get the export to - so that black bars above and below are?

Leg ne drüber mask with black bars ..................
Hups seh grad the material is already 16:9 ......... na dann wirds already tricky then you need to scale the material so that it fits on the 320 different wirds probably will not go .... then while mice Cinema but as it distorts the picture is not.

How do I get the export to - so that black bars above and below are? Import the 16:9 material in a 4:3-Project, put it in the timeline and scale it to the desired size.
Depending on the video editing program, it is possible to direct a project with 320 × 240 pixels and the set frame rate to start. Then we could of the video directly from there exported.

Affter With Effects, you can set the format as you need it or want. Since you're not s.PAL, NTSC, etc if you are bound do not want to.

Oversized ... depending on what you want so bzewcken?!
Mir is no other program (which is cheaper or free) where you know the format can be set as you need it.

Hi,
if I am not very mistaken, Virtual Dub can so what. But I am quite sure at least
one alternative known for <100 Euro, that's
Vegas Movie Studio (Platinum, but it should be synonymous in the normal version funzen). I spent just a clip with the custom dimensions 768x432 rendered. With swapped dimensions, 432x768, the output synonymous works. The format of 320x240 is synonymous, but for HDV because of the black bars of course not so nice: 384x216 would be fine (and in Sony Vegas synonymous then adjustable).

Andreas
PS: Custom format funzen both QT as synonymous to WMV. In other formats, I still can not go through, but the controls accept synonymous and that all the obstinate nonsense combinations.
