Dear forum members and snoopers,
had gained me an HF11. Great Camera, but I am already for 3 days only s.Fluchen due to the installation of the bundled software ImageMixer 3 SE. During installation, you should enter the serial number of the device. So it stands everywhere in the Instructions and the synonymous requires the installation routine. The input my serial number is always acknowledged with the error message: "Invalid serial number". Canon support is a joke. They informed me by e-mail with, should I enter the serial number of the CD, not of the camcorder. There is actually a label with something like a number on it - of course, does not synonymous.
I must say that I have already installed a lot of technical devices, but this is something I am not yet encountered. The ultimate low-bundle software from Taiwan has somehow worked. Canon I had not expected it.
Anyone who had similar problems and can even help me?

have EXACTLY the same problem ... 've all eingegebn the codes on the packaging ... there where a referring to the series should be nr is t mixer manual with me just a Verweiß on the image ... you already have a solution??
converters annoys me because my book now with videos so ne scheiss quali kack Kriegner ...

I searched longer synonymous. The correct hit, I have found behind the battery of the camera.
Nevertheless, I was not happy because the software is extremely unstable - Plop s.Desktop suddenly you're back and that's it with your work. I tried it on three different computers - still the same result!
