Hello!
HV20 is not with Windows (7, Premiere Elements) as synonymous with Mac (Leopard, Final Cut Pro) communication. I recorded in HDV and converted the program configuration to HDV. The owner of the camera had to the enclosed CD install of Canon to make a connection with the computer. Therefore it can not really lie. Have you any idea? Thanks in advance.

Firewire cable broken? Firewire output of the camera broken?
