Frage von killerbees19:Hello,
I have in recent days some test shots with my new Canon HV30 done, but I am still not sure whether it is with this camera is better in half or full record. What is the mode you prefer at the moment? What can work better? In this case deals with a race event, which is better suited? Should I have editing program when downgrade to DV with problems expected?
Thank you ever for answers :-)

For sport always "i".
You've got tests done. Why then have other questions? What others say does not agree, and it does not often synonymous. You'll even see what shots you like better. Tip: Always test under the same conditions.
As often noted, the detour via computer - whether a DVD or a Webfilm is the goal - a boardwalk. With an HDV camera, you remain in the native codec up to the final output, otherwise, we might as well with a DV Cam filming, which I then (for example, lamer Calculator) would advise synonymous.
Antwort von killerbees19:
I film only now in HDV, because I just have the raw material of good quality to have. Because my equipment conversion to HDV just takes a little more. Especially my old camcorder broke and I needed a new, as it would have been absurd in a DV Cam to invest when the new HDV standard is or will be.
Thanks in any case for your answer.
