This question has been determined already asked and answered again, but I unfortunately do not fall right keywords that are not search results do not deliver.
What it is: Can I use the right software with the hardware MPEG2 encoder on my Hauppauge WinTV PVR 150, to synonymous other video files to MPEG2 to convert or if the chip s.den stream from analog tuner bound?

I remember s.einen similar contribution, in which someone asked how he MPEG2 hardware encoder a TV card to encode video files already stored can be used.

There was mW but no solution.

It's probably simply not true. Advertises Pinnacle's no coincidence that only her Dazzle Video Creator can.
