Now yes carnival, carnival and under the year are so often funny events. Known, mostly in hard .... Halls / tents at night
I am looking for an extremely reasonable camcorder with which I documented in this miserable light the funny moments and then the Internet can provide ....

In a forum, whose members have fun s.Shooting it as a hobby or even profession, you will be as well to recommend in particular a lack of experience hardly anyone a model. You will not find cheap good Low Light Cam. :) All those little pocket cams or what ever are synonymous in low light conditions even worse than it already has and for fairly good pictures is not easy to use. Besides, you can get a decent LED light or similar forget the parts. These cams are just simply cheap and cost as much value as they are.
Participating with your cell phone to. I think it would really be no point at all for things to spend money, of which you know in advance that they could break. And after an enthusiastic amateur filmmakers or anyone who wants to get into the industry, you sound so nunmal not synonymous.
So rather save the money for your opinion, more important things. I finally buy synonymous not football if I never play football.
