I'm editor and worked me in editing one. Is there a good Dokumenatition, Tutorial, Book, PDF, etc. where everything about container, size, bitrate, H.264, Audio formats, AAC, etc. especially for the DV Editing and Sound Editor is declared?

As a rough Info:
Container = file format, the multimedia data type and defined manner includes

Format = vermutl. Bitstromformat (codec) of Video - Audio - or subtitle data (possibly synonymous metadata) and algorithm for en-and decode
[code: 1:18 a07fe669] mpeg2, mpeg4, mp3, vorbis, flac, pcm, h.264, snow, ffv1, srt [/ code: 1:18 a07fe669]
Bitrate = number of used / required data per second (often referred to as a standard choice set) is
usually expressed in bits / second (kilo-, mega-)
= Is a H.264 video codec
Sound = Audio Codec
AAC Audio Codec
