So for Beginners: 14.4 V Li-Ion is making four cells (with both 3.6 V). The Ladeschlusspannung must be at 4.1 V per cell, so that puts you simply 16.4 V Battery s.den s.bei a maximum current of 2A (BP-U30) or 4A (BP-U60).
