The HVX 200 is not actually all you need additional WW-Lens. The wide range of the HVX200 is about 30mm.
The HVX 200 can in DVC Pro HD, the AJ-SPX800 only in DVC Pro, so no high definition. A 35mm camera is synonymous with this little sense, since it was a 2 / 3 "Camera is and with a 16mm film equivalent depth of field. I personally would advise you on the HVX200, because in addition DVC Pro HD, which now is very beneficial.
