It is only for the extension with a hard drive. the thing has no slot for PCMCIA cards. Firewireanschlüße are unfortunately only at the higher negotiated or Apple laptops or Sony.

Antwort von Modellbahner:
You have to make sure whether a slot is a normal (wide) or ExpressCard (narrow) is in the laptop description. The connection above right looks like the normal 6 pin as in PC's is learn. The small addition is equivalent to the camera. You must look which card you einbaust because, in general, the major port, so the little V shape looks like. Where hast thou forth images is your laptop? Because he would have an input yes.

So I have the 4 pin firewire port s.dem camcorder.
Antwort von Modellbahner:
So we talk Tachles times. To view the pictures of your camcorder into the laptop you need to get a
PCMCIA card with firewire port. Anders does not work that way! No matter what your laptop for the same times and has. For Firewire cable, the camera has a small connector and the
PCMCIA card is the big one. As you can twist and turn, otherwise it is not.

Antwort von sturzgebimmelt:
Okok ... The question now is only whether I am a card with the 4 pin connector hole, or a cable, which s.einem end the four-and s.anderen end of the great port.

I'm sorry, but I knew ... this link is not so far. but I will try at the next first aid through the World Wide Web and then give an answer to ... My comment was not intended as a criticism, quite the opposite: You have the questioner so synonymous fine without this link helped. I was just surprised that the question "What can we do without a Firewire port s.Calculator?", One of the most frequently asked here in the forum heard, not just with the already classic link has been answered, the moderator of our need to know is summarized. This way you know it, every few days to write the same when this question arises again. But of course it is allowed ;-)
