If you actually turn on "Deinterlace video" in MPEGStreamclip? The videos are already but progressive. Deinterlacing in such a case would lead to a reduction in image quality.

Interlace is checked by default stream clip so you should set the hook in Deinterlace

Do you think it really bring more than 185 120mbit? Except for a quadrupling of the file size?
Have you ever compared the footage now? When I used s.Mac mpegStreamclip, colors have always been slightly different (not all, but as red a little bit recolored). On the PC, I have not tried it yet.
Go to the video:
in doubt, always the same record at 1280x720 and scaled things accordingly, then one usually has the best yield. After capturing I am always trying to make mpegStreamclip and h.264 MP4s, still looks good enough from and is small.

The video and the screen were captured accurately in 1280x720 I always do this.

I made a Comparison. Of course there are also applications for 50 frames per second and the Alias | Wavefront Mayaing is unacceptable.

good video! Problem with Quicktime is almost always the gamma shift, ie, the colors are muddy. I can just sit synonymous s.dem problem and then have searched how to convert the Quicktime container into a MXF. Here is a reduser.com of Instructions:
A redline makes the quick times (DNxHD 36 in the offline stage).
2 ffmpeg Unwraps the "essence" from the QuickTime DNxHD making a file with no wrapper around it.
3 writeavidmxf wraps the DNxHD s.avid essence in MXF container and inserts metadata.

Have not tried it myself yet, but it seems the solution for the color shifts to be. Synonymous with MXF, the most NLEs klarkommmen. Have you tried the route before?
