There are so many different synonymous Firewire cards I've seen, do not want to be the wrong fit into the PC ...

ILink is Firewire. Purchase any firewire card. It will fit.

no that's not such a professional I have the same problem with PMW-EX1.
this is just with external hdd ridge.

According to the data the camera has an i.LINK connection. This is identical with the IEEE1394 or Firewire ports, which are available in two versions are: 4-pin and 6-pole.
