If you have the opportunity to add the gecapturte material into an editing program is a most have, and then a function to rotate.

That should even the freeware with "VirtualDub work. The functional states as far as I know, "Rotate!"

Well, no preference! With Adobe Premiere or all kinds of little editing programs you can do something. Did you present the video as avi (uncompressed)? Or as an mpeg?
