Frage von kbeachboy:I hope someone can help me.
At a job I used a new camera and did not care that I held with the attitude that is 1080i with 720p was filmed.
Now I've cut on Premiere CS3 everything to 720p setting and want it now rausrendern mpeg than 1080p. As a result, I get a 1920x1080 video from the video but only the upper right quadrant is shown.
I've been trying various settings in the Media Encoder, and have always strange results.
What settings do I need to make in the MEdia Encoder, so I can make a 720p video sequence, a 1080p or 1080i video?
I have been sitting off for hours. Who can help me?

Either you ask the Project to 1080, at 720, or you give out another un Progi to use it then to scale of 720 to 1080.

Hello,
your cam is determined, the PMW EX ...? Question: Why is it absolutely must be 1080? And then convert as synonymous nor of interlaced to progressive?
You nunmal "only" 1280x720 filmed, what indeed synonymous is not the worst.
Example, there is the possibility Avisynth in the film with a script to reinterlacen and upscale, but I surmise the result can not be really great. Enter times in the search engine "progressive to interlaced convert a ', then you will find it a script. Unfortunately, I am what the scripts
concerned, not really helping, but we're forum.
Another idea: export to 720p rausrendern without compression, then create a Premiere project import your movie in 1080p and then adapt, and with 1080p. The principle is similar to the scripts operationally, but that is in demand here by hand.
If things do not hurry, wait for posts of people who are really scripts.
If you do, try it this way as described.
I want to say nothing wrong, but in Media Encoder render 720p to 1080i / p "" I want to think not possible. Or like you're running with shoes in size 45, if your foot has only size 42? That does not fit, think your rendering results confirm my metaphor ..
But I leave here happy to disabuse.

Thanks for the advice.
strangely I had a problem with the effect "broadcast-colors."
When I was away to, I could rausrendern correct the video.
How can I set the broadcast-ready color manual, if I do not want to use the effect?
