hello everybody!
ich hab mir gestern premiere elements 3.0 done! after the sale, I am back home quickly and did everything proper installed! after installation, the message pc must be restarted! well yes and clicked reboot!
after the restart, I wanted to try the same pemiere synonymous! Unfortunately, it went home after the popup is not next, because an error occurred!
Procedure entry GetAddrInfoW "is not in" ws2_32.dll "included!
So again pc down and reboot! and again nothing! now it is said that premiere start popup window opens and you see the bottom left corner as the necessary files are loaded! the load of wavewarp. aex is everything and the popup window is too!
then nothing happens anymore!
a new installation of 3.0 and Premiere Elements synonymous the neuaufsetzen my system is not helpful!

for all the times, perhaps the same problem should have!
Very important is service pack 2
then
- Total recorder uninstall (if installed)
- Dvix player and codec uninstall (can be reinstalled after
be)
- Tv card disable
then it should go! hats helped me!
tja halt n adobe has good support! ;)
