Frage von hendrikm:Hello dear forum
after I've searched for 2 hours and learned a lot, my original problem still has not unfortunately ...
I have a composition in After Effects CS4 720x405 pixels with a Resolutionvon (ie 16:9) created. Now the customer wants but Full HD resolution as having.
Stretching rendering works, but it looks not good ...
When I was in the Composition Settings Increase the resolution, I get a black border around the composition ...
How do I increase the resolution s.sinnvollsten?
I need a kick in the right direction of you ;-)
Thanks, Hendrik

What did you do for a starting material? Or is it purely entertainment? If you have real pictures of it, the whole is difficult.
If you only have PS files or something in there, you can select all levels, right-click to customize, transform, s.Komposition after you have adjusted the Resolutionfür the comp.
However, it all looks pretty ugly.

If the best available raw material (usually the first instance original recordings) do not possess the required final resolution has been reached, you can achieve this with any tool or workflow in the world of quality loss. That's just a brazen principle of (digital) images.
There are better and less good tools and workflows for the target of you up-Rez-ing (upscale), but the loss never goes. And from the end!
