Normally, one makes better sports photography with 50 images, because 25 can result in jerky movements. In your case, it should be a kind of image films? Then you yourself need to know whether the images that you can not rotate the avatar by 25p to Ruckelorgie.

As 720p format should be with you with 50 or 25 fps, the first choice.
