before me is a film that I've played a good 10 hours (8bit full HD. mov)
I noticed that cheating has a black frame between two clips. But I would not repeat the whole process go through with the playout again.
Back when Schnittassitenz had the cutter, where I worked, replaced one faulty frames inside of Quicktime, which I still remember. But I forgot how to do it.
Can someone help me?

Go only for reference, that is, if the independent film and the reference file (where you simply removed in a new Final Cut Pro Project the frame) on the same system (Export dialog).
