Hello,
had to rebuild my calculator and had to install the previous version of Pinnacle Studio waived. It is therefore not to take over the old content from previous versions.
Have you tried directly under Studio 12 ultimate BIAS Soundsoap 2.2 to install. The Authorization of Soundsoap proceeded successfully.
The folder structure for the SoundSoap plug-in is now as follows:
PinnacleStudio 12PluginsvstBIAS SoundSoap PEBIAS SoundSoap PE.dll
Problem: When I am in Studio 12 workers, I have not Soundsoap as a selection option in the audio plug-ins available and it may therefore be of no use.
Do I have the path of the dll somehow known or separate the plug s.Programm somewhere to register?
I always thought of simply plug into the correct folder - that's it?

Hello,
I have exactly the same problem. But even before that, had the Bias SoundSoap 2.1 from Pinnacle Studio 11 Ultimate installed and then had noted that for S12U the SoundSoap PE 2.2 is required including the new Web-based Authorisirungs tools.
For me, while the synonymous Authorization reported as OK, but in the audio tool selection window are cryptic characters with treasure chest (ie, a sign of a non-operated plug) instead of Bias SoundSoap entry.
Then I uninstalled the old SoundSoap and only the newly installed PE2.2 - without success.
So what if I do, do I sign up here and hope to receive suggestions from other users.

I'm trying it now so that:
new fresh WIN XP SP2, it immediately ultimate upgrade Studio 12, Studio 11 CD, if required and then all the existing content as described here to install:

A pity really, because otherwise a really nice program for the 0815 cutter.
