Hello,
I have now bought a firewire card, but unfortunately it failed to install anything on your PC (probably I'm too stupid about this?). I opened it and wanted to remove the cover of an insertion opening, but has not worked. These things are not even bolted down (or do you? Did not see any screw), but somehow totally massive sit in there and I have no idea how to use the card now.
It would be great if someone could help with, because I've been waiting for days to finally be able to connect my camcorder!
