Um well, but with the many bugs, the QT and the few options for metadata isses WMV provides the weakest of all solutions. "Subtitles" from "nervous XML file which can then drag and place any better than Image's Flash Player video and clear, YouTube would be the easiest option for it.

It should work with the "house tools" Windows Media Player and QuickTime player. Did it at least in earlier times.
Flash I think the best solution. But it is precisely not the only one.
