Hello,
Of my JVC camcorder has a loose connection, if I want to play something recorded. He then goes - sometimes immediately, sometimes after a few seconds - always off. The record, however works without problems. If I can create views that the playback is running a minute, there stands "head cleaning required". So I tried a Reiningscassette, but has brought no great success. I've put the camcorder in for repair, but they said, would have to send in the man and that would cost about $ 200 - not worth it.
Now to my question: Is there a way how I see the film from mini DV tape to your computer without getting another camcorder? Is there some kind of card reader or something?

synonymous, although there are one to MiniDV tape drive for incorporation into the calculator, but the cheapest solution would probably be the capture on tape somewhere. Or did you borrow a camcorder of a friend.

Is it really possible that there is so ne kind of protective function of the camcorder, that he shut off because the head needs to be cleaned? So perhaps not a loose connection?
