Have the following problem, I bought a battery on Ebay (1100mAh). When he arrived he was fully charged and working perfectly. Now I wanted him to charge with my charger, but after about 30 min indicates that charging would be finished, but the battery is of course still not at full ... How do I go about it that the battery is fully charged?

When a battery is new, then he would have to be empty. Of course, he will work for a while, but usually they are invited to a battery before first use. Regardless of the energy is not immediately destroyed, just because you have not charged him before the first use.
Was this a description of your battery? Is there something in there to know? Have you ever contacted the dealer and described with your concern? If the battery is sold as compatible with your camcorder or charger, you could be a product defect claim, and exchange the battery with a new one.
