Hello,
am I wrong or is the GY-X1TC with one SVHS-C recorder equipped? In this age of digital recording, this format is obsolete. In addition, you need more than just a Firewire port s.Calculator to edit the recordings.

Composite-Signal anliegt, kannst Du einen BNC- Cinch -Adapters bzw. -Kabel einsetzen. Bei SVHS sollte aber synonymous ein Y/C-Output vorhanden sein. Y/C wäre qualitativ etwas besser als Composite.
Wieviel wirst Du denn für die Camera bezahlen? Und wie führst Du das Capturing der Aufnahmen durch? Hast Du einen ordentlichen A/D-Wandler?

PS: Most likely you have the words "443" for the 4.43 MHz color subcarrier.
