JVC Hi-"professionals",
have a problem. Have a JVC GZ-MG21E and the chip is full. Now I have a laptop with Vista program. How do I get the photos now on my laptop so that I can edit them synonymous. The files I get on, but I can not edit it.
Message, if I would like to import files:

Windows host process (Rundll32) does not work anymore.

I know neither me nor with Festplattencamcordern with Windows, but this error message when you look at Google, since you'll find a whole range of possible causes and solutions. Maybe so in your case this helpful?

they are hardly in the "Vista application" imported, but in a video editing program, but which one?
