75Watts is an exotic value in conjunction with commercially available electronic ballasts.
I know that with only 80 watts. For example:

The ballast is limited, among other things, the current consumption of each bulb. It should therefore be synonymous leuchtmitteltyp selected for matching. Your kinoflos with 75 watt is probably 120cm long inch) (48th * edit: not seen attached graphic, sorry ...* matching Kinoflo ballasts work with a lamp current of about 800mA, standard ballasts for fluorescent lamps that length (size 36 watts) deliver about 300 mA lamp current.
