One must not expect too much of the hack apparently - at least as regards the improvement of the codec. Since MJPEG is missing function of GH1 is out of a slight increase in data rate probably does not make much. And the handling of the camera appear to have been quite fine - do not believe that no functions that could be easily implemented by firmware? But that probably know the owner of the AG-AF101 better :-)

GH2 is nothing so quickly! The need to analyze a chip out of solder and ... a lot of fun .... who donates his GH2? :-)

I would prefer wesendlich as 1080p50.
If possible, peaking as AG-AF101 would be great!
Above all, a better autofocus stands high on my list.
My GH2 focused on the changing image content, especially when panning. This can be synonymous with the test video of the video asset can be observed.
This should repair the Panasonic absolutely!

I think the GH2 is - in view of the video-AF - already one of the best currently available VDSLR's ... .
It is and remains primarily a camera. The camera has a great video feature as we pilpop;) demonstrated again and again. They can not have everything - but should be understandable.
Why are there MF? Anyone who can reasonably professional and works well without you to a AF ... as sufficient to do push-AF or just complete manual:)
Certainly, the AF will improve in future generations synonymous DSLR yet ... so lovely synonymous with any AF can run around. Until then, it means is: exercise;)
