Hi,
following facts: I have a job to get an event to document video technology - client then receives a cut highlight version. Hire me second Cameraman to these cuts synonymous then the video. So, I discussed the project with the AG and I first Camera man, my subcontractor = 2 Cinematographer + section. Nothing clear about rights or recovery between me and SU. What is the VAT. Situation? Can the SU the video for their own advertising without the consent of use to me or AG? Can I get the video without the consent of SU; use for advertising or AG (wg section.)? Does the HP of each of the advertiser Mitwerkenden Videoprod. called?
For a precise explanation or references I would be grateful.
