Frage von JonasB:Hi,
I get the offer of YouTube to run during or before my short film advertising. Now I will confirm and prove that I have all rights to it:
"If your video contains any Of the above uses any content you did not create, you have the express MUST permission from the person who created or produced it and describe this in detail within the description of Your claim revenue share video." I have almost synonymous ...
The only thing of which I have no rights, a few seconds in length, is Klingenton ", while the short film.
It revolves around this short film:

"Klingenton" between 0:26 to 1:08.
The "Klingenton" of Samy Deluxe is - generation.
I am wondering now whether it's worth it to try to obtain the rights and if it is worth and how I should proceed s.besten exactly what I need. What is required of YouTube, about "revenue share claim"? The music I composed together with a friend and recorded, I must prove to be synonymous consent. Do I need a synonymous of the actors and the crew? They were all friends, there is no contract or similar.
To me it's not about earning big money with the movie if I ever can make a cent with it. I would always like to try it, and look at what's coming around. What is more important to me, however, that the video is on YouTube, which I could imagine that it is locked when I write I do not own all rights.
What would happen if I ignore the "Klingenton"?
Knows someone from there?
MFG
