Hi,
I have now with my Helmcam filmed. I arrived home I realized that was unfortunately fogged the whole time the lens, a circular haze spot in the middle of the entire movie. Is there a filter or some other software that can improve it? The film I would really very important. As software I use Magix.

You can with a mask the affected area with contrast enhancement, color controls etc are trying to approximate. Is possibly weaker, completely gone, you will get the spot but in any case!
