Light is a mood synonymous follows is clear. LED lighting is not good for everything. I myself use the Pico3, an HMI light head, with which I am very satisfied because it is very bright.

I realize that the exact extent of change depending on the LED head light varies, but you can still specify an approximate average value at which holding time or temperature change becomes apparent disadvantage to this?
