For starters, you'd have to erstmal tell us what your goals are cinematic - reportage, fiction, etc. .... Otherwise you recommend a one 30W light head and you want to illuminate a nighttime scene of your short film.

At the beginning you need no light at all. We start filming in the night, s.besten with Night shot in the infrared range.
Then, the HDR-CX520 follows for Hedgehog and Raccoon Movies at dusk, but already in color.
Then followed scenes familiar in the living area, but meeting that about 100 watts diffusely or partially addressed.
Only when scenic shots queue, these are the artificial images with bad amateur actors Lichtequippment one is at all interesting.
