What lighting is recommended when shooting at night in a room with existing 40-watt ceiling lights?

Do you just head a good light? I need that soon one. My Lieblingsfunzel is the Sachtler Reporter 100, I have been around 14 years. Will today synonymous nor exactly in this form. Since I have only one 50-watt burner in it, what my usual purpose is sufficient. A great advantage is the handle, so the lamp is much higher and Compendium Softie and no shadows.
