Hello,
I have a short time ago at a smaller event a live-made above ground on a large screen. We had the problem that we had when switching btwn DVD Players-Signal and Camera s.Beamer always change the port. Ie DVD player unplug, then plug in camera.
I have to Move in the near term before, all with at least three sources (visualizations, Kameras.etc) on and now faced with a problem. Is there a PRICE DATA (am a student) can live to toggle between different sources, and (soft blend!)? I can already identified a few relatively low-cost analog interface consoles on ebay, but only hide the black, but to me it would be important to crossfade seamlessly between the images. Or is there a way to turn the whole thing via PC?
Whether analog or digital is virtually no preference to me! ;)

what have you got planned as a budget. Such mixing solutions are really not very cheap. Even on a PC you need a hardware solution that combines the signals.

How about with an equipment rental? There you will get blender for two-to three-digit amounts (depending on the vision mixer and period) and you can get exactly the equipment that you need for a particular job.

So I would you recommend a rental synonymous. If you want to do sowas course, frequently, do not you come over it a little more money to spend.
The idea with the PC, I would be in more than 2 video signals can be, most VJ Programs that already overtaxed.
When I was 6 years ago, exactly the same problem as you are now, I started with an equipment rental. After 2 years I then decided to buy my own mixer. After 3 more years, the money will pay for itself.
Ifs with an equipment rental may not works still provide a precise query in the Forum. There are some people destined to die (might) give their equipment, not exactly synonymous when they occur as the distributor (I myself am as synonymous no rental, although I admit sometimes that path).

VJ Programs can usually handle only 1 stream of a camera that issue in parallel, however, visualization and Videos. Reasonably modern PC is required.

Many greetings! R2D2;) That is certainly another desk, switch that your sources can not mix (yes, there is no mixing of what) ... So over a SCART with many buttons :-)

not a video mixer, but a video processor. Switching between sources was always logically associated with an image disturbance.
BTW: Do you have a name synonymous? I think nicknames already stupid, but "4 | _ |) 3R 84 | Y | 8U5" is definitely useless as a salutation. ;-)

hmm ... is it possible to expand so nem video processor with a Picture, and then hide and show the next picture again ... so about black?? Then there's still picture noise? Otherwise, the fact would be the cheapest alternative for the Money .... nen Media Server, unfortunately, still missing me;)

because I need to rummage deep into my memories, because there has been some time since I've sold my 4045er. At the time nor's listing, because there was no "electronic Bay." ;-)
As far as I know builds, the video processor by using the output signal on the input signal, ie if you switch (synonymous on black), lost the first sync -> image disturbance.

I think that will not go so synonymous. Your sources arrive with different time bases. The sync between the two sources is therefore not at the same time.
If you are now dazzle with this part to black, then switch and then show it again unschalten you'll probably have a picture in the incident.
The device has not the 2 TBC `s, which would be mandatory for sowas. Moreover, the picture should be available as a video, but every PC can with video - Out sowas at least halfway.
Here is a small (not complete) list of devices / mixers, which should work with sowas:

Again on the Schnittpult: What does image disturbance? Does that mean there is simply no picture at the moment, or fehtl because then the signal altogether? If first is true, isses ja no preference, because the picture at the time so SOWISO path is. ;)
And will Ausgansbild displayed in full screen or is that just a split screen of the Sources?

I have one lying around by chance synonymous 4044 in the basement, but hardly use it.
Image disturbance, means something like: The Sync stabilized and positioned in the Picture (the playback device will know where the picture begins and ends), so the sync will be gone, or might appear s.anderer location. The Picture will be moved shortly after quasi-right, left, up or down. Depending on how it handles the playback device, which is more or less disturbing. Usually it is not visible in any case, AND annoying. May be that some modern digital devices (eg projectors) synonymous in the short term provide a blue screen with message "no signal". That would be "worst case".
Believe me (and Mark is me) hopefully confirm that: You will get no less than 300 ¬-hand.

Fittingly, the last week I produced a live broadcast. In the meantime, I plan a lot more with equipment distributors, because we needed for each camera used a 9 "preview monitor. That would have been huge cost - or 140 ¬ Rent for the required period. And so are my things after the end of production is not synonymous in the way around (... do not have to count). ;-)
Believe me (and Mark is me) hopefully confirm that: You will get no less than 300 ¬-hand. Yes, but only consumer, probably only 2-channel and with much happiness.
