So take a video mixer with 4 inputs. Of this there are some. Videonics MX1, Panasonic WJ-MX50 and WJ-AVE55, Datavideo SE-500 or SE-800
Thus you can check your cameras and DVD players mix. Used in the rental or are you good with 1000 ¬ here.
If you need multiple outputs, such as multiple projectors, then take a signal distributor. Eg
this one. It has an input and 6 outputs.

Inputs: 4 times S-Video (Y / C) or 4 times Composite (Pal)
4 times Audio (R / L)
Outputs 1 times S-Video (Y / C) 1 composite times (Pal)
1 time Audio (R / L)
1 time preview monitor Composite (Pal) with no audio
If you have more S-video outputs do you need to set an active distributor.

But I need a part, I s.dem each projector can autonomously control. So for example 1 shows Beamer Picture of Camera 1, Camera 2 of Beamer 2; then the other way or to DVD 1; synonymous or beamers s.beiden times the same picture, or times of a beamer and DVD / Camera on one.

sowas hab ich had been synonymous. I myself have used several video mixer. Personally, I have 3 mixer, sufficient signal distribution amplifier and the signals individually to the respective mixers to route.
Oh, enough monitors for image control you need of course, synonymous.
For a project, probably makes more of a reasonable rental of the equipment. Especially when multiple mixers. Mixers are often for little money. The remaining equipment (Signalverteilverstärker) not always.
